My dissertation squished me beneath its large word-count and heavy reading. I'll try not to let it happen again :)

Continuation of my Quinzel colouring :D

Quinzel: Stage 3.5

I've started digitally colouring my quinzel pic in GIMP (a freeware alternative to photoshop - I wanted to practise with it).

I quite like it so far :)

If you look you can see her inked outline ready to be coloured in from underneath. Joys. ^_^

Quinzel: Stage 2

Here's my sketch from a while ago, now inked and with a goblinoid being zapped added too :) Will colour it over the next few days, if i can be bothered, and if working on my disserattion doesn't sap me of the will to live completely x_x okay, so it's maybe not THAT bad, but it's giving me a severe headache currently. I might just call it a night and try to finish off my form 2 tomorrow...

PS: I bought myself a new superman graphic novel today, so he doesn;t feel rejected :) Okay, so I bought two batman ones at the same time - sue me!

The Finale!

Here is the climactic finish to what started out as a mere scribbly doodle - and I have to say I'm pretty proud of it, even if it's not the best comic in the world. It's certainly the best DnD comic I've ever produced XD

I really like the two panels where Gorgram falls over, I think the energy flow is pretty good, especially Quinzel's frantic anime hand waving XD Also, the ending is cute too. And we did actually let him go in our game (And yes, Quinzel hugged his smelly big toe - it was the only paart she could reach, being 3 ft tall!)

Doodle #10: AWESUM DnD ACSHUN!

Here's another little comic - kinda crappy but then I spent the whole day planning the first session for our new DnD adventure which starts tomorrow (And I am the DUNGEON MASTAAAA!) ... and consequently forgot about this untill like 5 minutes ago XD I did mean to work more on my quinzel scan, but meh. This was quicker and funner (ier).

Tis kinda crappier than yesterdays (I DID only do it in 5 minutes) but I like the free-stylin panel experimentation I have going on here ^_^ to be continued... possibly on my work shift tomorrow...

PS: All gnomes have an encounter power where they turn invisible when they get beat up (as Quinzel often does on account of her insatiable curiosity and her unobservant perception score of 2 XD ), which is why her foot is invisible. It's not cause I actually forgot to draw in her foot for ages then decided to leave it there and act like I meant to have it that way from the start. At all. XD

Okay, I am over0tired now and I can hear QI being watched in the next room. So I shall depart! DEPART I SAY, DEPART!
